Case Agent for two federal investigations featured on national television documentaries. One was an investigation of multi-state serial killer Daniel Printz, who admitted to four murders and was convicted for a kidnapping resulting in death. The other was an investigation of the Charlotte (NC) gang known as the Hidden Valley Kings. The investigation involved numerous murders and the trafficking of drugs and guns. The case resulted in convictions of several of the most dangerous leaders of the gang.
Received the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association Award for Investigative Excellence and the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department Award for Excellence in Policing for the Hidden Valley Kings case (cited above)
Received the Greenville, South Carolina Rotary Club Award for Federal Officer of the Year for an investigation of Cambodian and Laotian drug traffickers moving narcotics from California to South Carolina. The case resulted in multiple convictions with significant seizures of cash, drugs, guns, and real estate
Awarded FBI's "Medal of Excellence" while assigned to the Greenville Office of the FBI for outstanding investigations in several violent crime cases as well as providing effective training in firearms and tactics to other FBI Agents, FBI Task Force Officers, and other local law enforcement officers throughout South Carolina
