Assigned to the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team for 12 years serving as a Paramedic Operator, Mobility Operator, and as a supervisor providing strategic program management to the National Tactical Medical Program.
Assigned to FBI Charlotte for 11 years as a case Agent working counterterrorism and violent crime matters. Duties included SWAT Operator and Medic, WMD coordinator, and Evidence Response Team.
Participated in the planning and execution of hundreds of high-risk tactical operations, domestically and around the world, including numerous high risk warrant services, witness protection, foreign transfer of custody, tactical surveillance and interdictions, hostage rescues, and executive protection operations in support of the FBI Director and the Attorney General of the United States.
Planned and deployed to numerous National Special Security Events (NSSE) including Presidential Inaugurations, State of the Unions, Republican and Democratic National Conventions, United Nations General Assemblies, and State Funerals. Co-Chair of the 2012 DNC Health and Safety Committee.
Certified FBI Firearms Instructor, Tactical Instructor, and Advanced Capability Paramedic.
Prior to entering the FBI, served as a police officer and sergeant for Prince William County (Virginia) Police Department.
35 years of experience certified as an Emergency Medical Technician and National Registry Paramedic.
Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of William and Mary.
